DPA & subprocessors

This DPA is entered into with Australis Technologies Pty Ltd (ACN 700 968 930, ABN 86 700 968 930), New South Wales, Australia. Australis is local-first, so the honest headline is: most of your data never reaches us or anyone else. Subprocessors below are engaged only when you invoke the feature that needs them, and each processes the minimum required.

Data processing addendum

Our standard DPA (including SCCs for international transfers) is available for any paid or enterprise agreement — request a countersigned copy from legal@australis.io. Enterprise deployments in your VPC or air-gapped remove us as a processor almost entirely.

Subprocessors

If you give an app you build its own AI feature and supply your own provider key (Google, OpenAI or Anthropic), that provider is your direct provider, not our subprocessor — your app’s data goes to them under your agreement with them. This is about AI inside the apps you build. The model that writes your code is ours and is named above; it is not something you configure.

We give 30 days' notice before adding a subprocessor — subscribe to changes via legal@australis.io.
