The short version
Australis runs on your computer and your project files stay on your disk. Two things are not local, and you should know both: building sends your request to our servers, and you sign in, so we hold an account for you.Your account
Signing in is required to build. We hold your email address, your sign-in sessions, your credit balance and what you have spent it on, and — if you are on a paid plan — a billing record held with our payment processor. You can ask us for a copy or ask us to delete it.What leaves your machine
When you build, your request and the parts of the project needed to answer it are sent to our servers in Sydney and on to the model that answers it. Downloads and update checks reach our release server (standard logs: IP, version, OS). Publishing uploads that app, because you asked it to. Your project files otherwise stay where they are.Telemetry
Off by default. If you opt in, we receive anonymized crash reports and feature counters — never your code, prompts, file names, or project paths. Opt out any time in Settings.What we don't do
We don't sell data, we don't train models on your projects, and we don't read your code. Builds run on our own model accounts rather than yours; the providers we use, and what each one is used for, are listed in our
DPA and subprocessors.
Your rights
Your projects are yours: remove one and it is gone from everywhere it ever was. For what we hold — your account, your usage, release-server logs, support email — write to us and we will give you a copy or delete it. Under Australian privacy law you can also ask us to correct anything we hold about you.Contact
